Where your information goes

Your PDF or DOCX is uploaded to BidSure’s secured application storage so it can be checked for supported format, size, page count, and readable text. The service stores the submitted email, proposal deadline, optional solicitation number, selected package, and a secure workspace token in the application database. For an eligible request, BidSure sends the readable extracted document content—not the binary source file—to its contracted AI processing provider to generate the selected preview or package output.

Payment is separate. Paid packages use MadeThis-hosted Stripe Checkout. Solicitation files and their extracted content are not sent to MadeThis or Stripe for payment processing.

Temporary content

What BidSure deletes—and when

The free Requirements Preview and paid package workspaces use the same seven-day retention period. BidSure does not delete a completed result merely because you view it, because the workspace remains available for repeat review during that period. A scheduled cleanup job deletes the source file in application storage, the extracted document text, and the generated preview or deliverable artifact no later than seven days after the submission is created.

For files that are unsupported, scanned without readable text, password-protected, corrupt, over the published limits, or otherwise outside standard scope, the source file is deleted after eligibility checking. If automated analysis fails or finds no actionable submission or evaluation requirements, the source file, extracted text, and generated artifact path are likewise deleted immediately. The remaining non-document operational record is limited to information needed for support or accounting, such as contact information, deadline, selected package, status, and timestamps.

No reuse

Your content stays tied to your request

BidSure does not sell document content, share it with other customers, publish it as an example, or use it to train BidSure product models. BidSure does not make a broader claim about the AI provider’s training practices here; the provider receives readable content only as needed to generate your selected output.
